Two units, not twelve
Everything else in this portfolio is about making repetition work. This one is the opposite: two units, so every move can be specific.
The glazing runs floor to ceiling across both storeys in a single plane, which is only possible because there is no neighbour on the other side of it to overlook.
Dark, deliberately
Large-format dark stone panels replace render across the whole frontage, gridded so the joints line up with the glazing mullions. It is the most expensive envelope OasisArch has specified and the detail had to earn it.
Deep soffits over each entrance are lit from within, and vertical fins screen the upper balconies from the low sun without closing the view toward the city.
