What you will do
  • Lead detailed design through to handover on one large or two mid-size projects
  • Own the technical package and the coordination model
  • Run site meetings and the change log with BaumeisterCivil
  • Mentor two to three architects in the pod
What we need
  • Eight years post-qualification
  • ARCON registration, or eligible
  • Demonstrated contract administration on Nigerian sites
  • Comfortable reporting to European clients and investors

Project ArchitectAbuja studio · Full-time
What you will do
  • Run concept through detailed design on residential and civic work
  • Coordinate directly with BaumeisterCivil site teams
  • Own the local authority approvals route
What we need
  • Five years post-qualification
  • Nigerian practice experience and ARCON registration
  • Revit, and comfort working in a shared federated model

BIM ManagerAbuja studio · Full-time
What you will do
  • Own the BIM execution plan, shared parameters and the model audit cycle
  • Set the modelling standard across the practice and hold it
  • Run clash detection and the issue register
What we need
  • Revit and Navisworks to an expert level
  • Dynamo or equivalent scripting
  • Experience writing an execution plan from scratch, not inheriting one

Client and Investor RelationsBerlin office · Full-time
What you will do
  • Own the relationship with European and diaspora clients funding Nigerian projects
  • Translate project reporting into the formats investors expect
  • Represent the practice at European property and diaspora investment events
What we need
  • Fluent German and English
  • Real estate, construction or investment background
  • Comfortable with cost reporting and development appraisals
  • No architectural qualification required

Architectural TechnologistAbuja studio · Full-time
What you will do
  • Produce the construction package: details, schedules, specifications
  • Resolve buildability with the contractor before it reaches site
  • Keep the drawing register and the revision history clean
What we need
  • Four years on construction-stage packages
  • Fluent in Revit detailing, not just modelling
  • Working knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and approvals

Urban PlannerAbuja studio · Full-time
What you will do
  • Lead master planning and land-use studies from brief to approval
  • Run the stakeholder and authority engagement on planning submissions
  • Set density, circulation and open-space strategy on mixed-use sites
What we need
  • Degree in urban and regional planning
  • NITP membership, or eligible
  • Experience taking a scheme through a Nigerian planning authority

Interior DesignerAbuja studio · Full-time
What you will do
  • Own interiors from concept mood through FF&E schedule and site snagging
  • Specify finishes that survive the climate and the supply chain here
  • Work inside the architectural model rather than alongside it
What we need
  • Five years on residential or workplace interiors
  • Confident with joinery detailing and supplier negotiation
  • A portfolio of built work, not only visuals

Quantity Surveyor / Cost ManagerAbuja studio · Full-time
What you will do
  • Own the cost plan through every gate, structured to DIN 276
  • Run bills of quantities, tender analysis and valuations
  • Give the design team the number before the decision, not after
What we need
  • Six years in construction cost management
  • NIQS registration, or eligible
  • Comfortable reporting to European investors in their formats

Architectural VisualiserAbuja studio · Full-time or contract
What you will do
  • Produce stills and walkthroughs for competitions and client sign-off
  • Work directly from the live model so the image matches the drawing
  • Hold a consistent look across the practice's output
What we need
  • 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray, or Blender to an equivalent standard
  • A reel that shows light and material, not just resolution
  • Post-production in Photoshop or equivalent

Site ArchitectAbuja and project sites · Full-time
What you will do
  • Represent the design on site through construction to handover
  • Chair site meetings, issue instructions, keep the snag list moving
  • Hold quality against the specification when the programme pushes back
What we need
  • Five years of site-based experience in Nigeria
  • ARCON registration, or eligible
  • Willing to be on site, not in the studio, most weeks

Studio ManagerAbuja studio · Full-time
What you will do
  • Run the studio day to day: scheduling, resourcing, suppliers, IT
  • Own invoicing, records and the document control system
  • Make sure the architects spend their time on architecture
What we need
  • Four years in practice or professional services administration
  • Strong written English, organised to the point of stubborn
  • Comfortable with QuickBooks or similar and with cloud document systems

Internship, ArchitectureAbuja studio · 6 months · paid
What you will do
  • Work inside a delivery pod, not a side project
  • Competition support, physical models, drawing production
What we need
  • Third year or above, or a recent graduate
  • A portfolio that shows how you think, not only what you rendered
