OasisArch
OasisArch is the flagship architectural subsidiary of OasisBauen Holdings. We design and deliver buildings in Nigeria: end-to-end project management, BIM-integrated design and rigorous cost control, from concept to handover.
We do not design or build in Germany. Our Berlin office exists for the other side of the work: clients, investors, diaspora developers and European partners putting capital into Nigerian projects, who want a practice that reports the way they expect.
That is also why Nigerian projects are run to German construction governance: cost planning structured to DIN 276, contracts administered under VOB/B, and scopes and fees mapped against the HOAI service phases. A backer in Frankfurt and a contractor in Abuja read the same cost groups at the same gates. That discipline is the product.
Our methodology begins with rigorous local context analysis: topography, microclimate, regulatory frameworks and cultural narratives, before a single line is drawn.
We integrate urban planning, landscape architecture and building design into a unified process, producing environments that feel both inevitable and quietly extraordinary.
